INDIVIDUAL ORDERS
How to place a custom order?
A bespoke Mint Label commission is a piece designed from the ground up, tailored to your personal needs and expectations. Every detail matters: from the colour palette and choice of fabric to the sizing or your exact measurements. Each creation is a touch of everyday luxury, crafted with you at its very heart.
The first step is simply to get in touch with us. You may send a message via Instagram or write an email to sklep@mintlabel.pl. All we need is the name of the model you are interested in and a short description of what you envision.
Next, we will refine every detail of your order together. We will select the colour and fabric, as well as the size or precise measurements, to ensure the design is exactly as you envision it. Once everything has been perfected, we will provide you with the payment details. After the transfer has been received, we will ask you to confirm and share your delivery address and telephone number. Only then do we begin the creation of your unique piece.
The processing time for a custom order is up to 21 business days.

The most common questions
By choosing a bespoke order, you receive something you will never find on the high street. Each piece is handmade in Poland from limited, carefully sourced premium fabrics. You have a true influence over the final look of your garment: from the fabric itself to a fit tailored perfectly to your silhouette. Throughout the entire process, we remain in close contact, offering guidance and support at every stage. This is not merely the purchase of clothing, but the experience of creating something truly exceptional together with us.
What can be created through a bespoke order?
Within a bespoke order, you have the freedom to choose the fabric, adjust the size, or have the piece tailored precisely to your own measurements. You may also request modifications to an existing model, ensuring it reflects your vision as closely as possible. However, we do not create entirely new designs from scratch, nor do we replicate styles from other designers or brands. Please note that, due to the personalised nature of these orders, returns or exchanges of the finished garment cannot be accepted.
What should you keep in mind before placing an order?
Ordering a bespoke piece from a distance inevitably carries a certain element of risk. As each garment is handmade, slight variations in measurements (up to half a centimetre) – may occur. Every fabric also has its own unique character, draping and responding differently to the tailoring process. Without fittings, the entire journey relies on both trust and clear communication. That is why we remain in close contact at every stage – asking questions, offering guidance and keeping you informed, so that you are fully aware of every aspect of your order.
If we see that, for any reason, the execution of an order may not meet your expectations, we will always tell you openly. In such cases, we may decide not to proceed with the commission. We do this out of respect for your satisfaction and to safeguard the quality of the final piece. We do not undertake projects where the requested measurements differ significantly from our patterns, or where a change of fabric prevents us from ensuring the perfect fit.
What do our clients say?
Every message, every photograph, every word of gratitude is a reminder that we are creating something meaningful. We are deeply grateful for your trust and for the honour of being chosen by you.
Why does the process take up to 21 business days?
Every bespoke order is a creation built entirely from the ground up. Fabrics are sourced especially for you, chosen with care for their quality and rarity. Every cut, every finish is tailored precisely to your requirements. Such craftsmanship takes time, dedication, and complete focus on each detail. Our mission is to design garments that captivate not only with their appearance, but also with the excellence of their making.
Why don’t we accept returns on custom orders?
A custom order is a creation made only for you – fabrics chosen exclusively, cuts refined to your shape, details aligned with your vision. Such craftsmanship requires time, devotion, and resources beyond the ordinary. For this reason, each piece is singular, and cannot be returned under standard policy. In line with Polish legislation, bespoke garments are exempt from return.

HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF – GUIDE
For a flawless fit, we ask for a few core measurements. Please take them with care, using the guide below.
Use a soft, flexible tailor’s tape measure (avoid rulers or stiff builder’s tape, as they can distort the results). Take your measurements in a natural stance, with muscles relaxed; do not hold in your stomach or tense your body. If your numbers fall between standard sizes, record both and let us know your preferred fit: whether you like your garments close to the body or with a looser silhouette. If you would like extra allowance, please specify how many centimetres we should add. This ensures the piece is adjusted perfectly to your expectations. Measure over lingerie or very light clothing, ideally in front of a mirror. Always note the measurements in centimetres. If you are unsure, ask someone to assist you, it will be easier and more accurate.
Bust circumference: Measure around the fullest part of the bust, across the nipples, keeping the tape horizontal and parallel to the floor. Do not expand your chest or raise your arms while measuring.
Waist circumference: Locate the narrowest part of your torso, usually in line with the navel. The tape should rest gently against the body without pressing into the skin. You may lean slightly to the side: the point where your torso naturally creases marks your true waistline.
Hip circumference: Measure around the fullest part of the hips and buttocks, usually about 20 cm below the waist. Stand upright with your weight evenly distributed on both legs.
Total length (e.g. dress, skirt, trousers): Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (at collarbone level) straight down over the bust to the point where you would like the garment to end. For skirts or trousers, measure from the waistline down along the side of the body. Be sure to stand upright and avoid leaning forwar. This is a common mistake that can distort the final length.
If you have individual preferences regarding length, for instance, if you would like your dress longer or shorter than the base model – please let us know in your message. Should you order a design that requires additional measurements (such as skirt length from the waist or back width), our team will contact you to request the missing details.
If you don’t have the option of asking someone to help with your measurements, an excellent alternative is to measure a well-fitting garment you already own; the one that sits on you exactly as you would like the new piece to. Simply lay the garment flat on an even surface (such as a table or the floor), smooth out the fabric without stretching it, and use a tailor’s tape to measure:
- bust width (measure from seam to seam under the armpits, then multiply by two)
- waist width
- hip width
- total length (from shoulder/collarbone to the bottom of the garment)
- sleeve length (if applicable)
Remember to let us know that the measurements were taken from a garment laid flat. This will allow us to convert them accurately into body measurements.
We are deeply grateful for your trust and honoured to craft a piece of exceptional beauty, made exclusively for you.
