TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions stipulate the conditions and rules of www.mintlabel.pl online shop operated by Fashion Time based in Radomsko, ul. Krańcowa 134, NIP (Taxpayer ID number) 772 207 34 95, (hereinafter referred to as „the Seller”).

The Seller sells goods through an organized online store via the Internet. The sale includes items available as part of the Mint Label distribution network.

Orders are placed by the online store at www.mintlabel.pl.

The sale is carried out at a distance, by electronic means, without the simultaneous physical presence of the Seller and Customers and on the terms set out in the Terms&Conditions.

All items in the online store are fully described. The website contains information about the characteristics of the product, its price, material, sizes etc.

When ordering a product, the Customer specifies characteristics of the chosen items, in particular, size, colour, and if necessary, other pieces of information and the number of items ordered.

The Mint Label store ensures security and privacy. All personal data of the Customer are used only in the process of order processing and are not made available or disclosed to unauthorized persons. Providing full data is necessary to ensure the highest efficiency of the service.

The prices on the website given in Polish zloty are gross prices, including VAT. Prices do not include the cost of the shipment which should be added to the summary of the order. The price given on the website at the time of placing the order is the final price binding the Customer. After placing the order, the price of the ordered items will not change, regardless of the price changes introduced by the Seller or any promotional or sale campaigns.

After placing the order, the Customer is obliged to make the payment within one business day. In case of non-payment, the order is automatically cancelled.

The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of items in the online store, introduce new products for sale, carry out and cancel promotional campaigns in the online store, or make changes to them in accordance with the norms of the Civil Code and other acts.

All items sold in the online store are available. In exceptional situations, for example in the case of simultaneous placing an order for the same product by many customers, it may happen that the product will not be available. In this situation, the Customer will be informed about the inability to process the order. Information about the full range of sizes may be found in the item description.

In the case of the impossibility of processing the order, the Seller is obliged to immediately, not later than within 14 days, return all payments made by the Customer, including costs of delivering the goods.

Deliveries of the ordered goods are carried out both in Poland and abroad.

The order is processed when the payment is credited to the Seller’s account. If selected items are available and there are no other obstacles about which the customer will be informed, the order is sent within 2 working days.

Delivery of domestic orders is handled by DPD courier company. Delivery of foreign orders is handled by Poczta Polska.

The Seller undertakes to deliver the order to the courier company within 2 business days, from the correct order placement or, in the case of the impossibility to fulfil the order, to inform the Customer within 2 working days. Working days are from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Delivery time and cost varies depending on the place of delivery.

The information on the www.mintlabel.pl website does not constitute an offer to conclude a contract in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.

The customer has the right to return the purchased items within 14 days of the delivery date. The condition necessary for the return is sending an unused and clean product with the attachment of proof of purchase, the completed return form and a „RETURN” note on the package.

ATTENTION: items ordered individually or for other than standard measurements, available in the online store are not refundable nor are subject to complaint.

The Customer will receive a full refund to the account from which the payment was made.

Complaints regarding product legal or physical defects may be submitted within two years from the date of purchase. In order to complain, the customer should prepare the items, information that allow confirming the purchase – invoice or/and order confirmation,  and a complaint form. The complaints should be sent by parcel paid in advance to the following address: Fashion Time, ul. Krańcowa 134, 97-500 Radomsko.

In the case of a positive consideration of a complaint submitted by post, the Seller will send a full-value product to the customer (repaired or new) within 14 days, and when it is impossible (eg, depleted stock), return the value of the product. In the event of a justified complaint, the Customer will also receive a refund of delivery costs.

If the complaint is not accepted, the parcel will be sent back at the expense of the customer along with the information about the unjustified nature of the complaint.

All orders are sent within 48h from the time the payment is credited to our account (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). All orders are charged once, regardless of how many items are ordered. 

Delivery time and cost varies depending on the place of delivery.

  • Poland: DPD standard shipping delivery within 5 working days – 25 PLN.
  • EU: post standard shipping delivery within 5-10 working days – 120 PLN / 25 EUR.
  • Worldwide: post standard shipping delivery within 7-10 working days – 170 PLN / 35 EUR.

The customer bears the costs of shipping and a possible return of the goods.

The customer has the right to return the purchased items within 14 days of the delivery date. The condition necessary for the return is sending an unused and clean product with the attachment of proof of purchase and the completed return form.

ATTENTION: items ordered individually or for other than standard measurements available in the online store are not refundable.

A package without a return form is difficult to identify. Due to the limited possibility of recognising the parcel, for parcels sent without the return form inside the time for payment return may be longer than 14 days.

Complaints regarding product defects may be submitted within two years from the date of purchase. In order to complain items bought in the online store, the customer should prepare the items and information that allow confirming the purchase – invoice or/and order confirmation.

LOW-TEMPERATURE WASH

Keep your clothes clean and perfect for longer! Washing on lower temperatures is gentler on your clothes, prevents shrinkage, helps preserve colours and uses less energy.

TURN CLOTHES INSIDE OUT

To reduce the degree of damage to the garment during the washing process, it is worth turning it inside out. It will help maintain colours and protect the fabrics, while prolonging the original quality of the clothes.

LET YOUR CLOTHES DRY

Tumble dryer consumes a lot of energy. Hanging clothes up rather than tumble drying helps to care for the garments by reducing the amount of damage to the fabrics, preventing the fabrics from creasing. It also saves energy.

CARE FOR YOUR KNITWEAR

Knitwear is flexible, so drying it in a vertical position may cause it to lose its original shape. To prevent deformation, dry it horizontally and store it folded. In order to keep its original elasticity, it should be washed by hand or using programs for delicate clothing.
