The sale includes goods available within the Mint Label distribution network. <\/p>\n\n Orders of goods are accepted by: e-store at www.mintlabel.pl.<\/p>\n\n Sales are conducted at a distance, electronically, without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties and under the terms of the Regulations.<\/p>\n\n Goods in the online store are marked in detail. On the website there is information about the characteristics of the goods, their price, the material from which they are made, etc. <\/p>\n\n When ordering goods, the customer selects the goods, in a manner appropriate to the item, specifying, in particular, the size, color, and, if necessary, providing other specific information and the number of pieces of ordered goods.<\/p>\n\n Mint Label store provides security and complete privacy. All personal data of the customer are used only in the process of order processing and are not shared with unauthorized persons. Provision of complete data serves to ensure the highest efficiency of service performance. <\/p>\n\n Prices on the site given in Polish zloty are gross prices, including VAT. The shipping cost should be added to the price of the goods, the amount of which depends on the selected form of delivery and payment. The price given on the site at the time of ordering is the final price, binding on the Client. Once the order is placed, the price of the ordered goods will not change, regardless of price changes introduced by the Seller or promotional or sales actions launched; <\/p>\n\n Once an order is placed, the buyer is required to process payment within one business day. If payment is not recorded, the order is automatically canceled. <\/p>\n\n The seller reserves the right to change prices of goods in the online store, introduce new goods for sale, carry out and cancel promotional actions on the store’s pages, or make changes to them in accordance with the norms of the Civil Code and other laws.<\/p>\n\n All goods sold in the online store are available goods. In exceptional situations, e.g. when multiple Customers place an order for the same goods at the same time, it may happen that the goods will not be available. In such a situation, the Customer will be informed that the order cannot be fulfilled. Information about the full range of sizes is made available to Customers in the product description. <\/p>\n\n The seller, in case of inability to complete the order, is obliged to immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract or cancellation of the order, return to the customer all payments made by him, including the cost of delivery of the item.<\/p>\n\n Deliveries of ordered goods are carried out in Poland and abroad.<\/p>\n\n The order is transferred for processing immediately after its submission – in the case of shipment paid on delivery. Working days are counted from Monday to Friday, excluding Sundays and days recognized as public holidays. <\/p>\n\n The cost of delivery depends on the selected method of delivery and payment: shipment by DPD courier.<\/p>\n\n The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and return the goods within: 14 days from the date of sale.<\/p>\n\n The condition for taking into account the return is that the Customer must, before the expiry of the aforementioned deadline, make a statement in writing – this can be done, for example, by printing and completing the withdrawal form, available on the website of the online store, together with proof of purchase (receipt). Complaints can be submitted by mail. Indicate the reasons for the complaint and the information necessary to identify the order.
